Please note that all booths and activities are to be consistent with the theme of Japanese culture. Booth space is limited. The registration fee is not refundable after June 1, 2019.
Participants must provide their own booth, chairs, tables, electrical cords and booth garbage containers. JCF supplies the space and a large dumpster at the end of the day. All participants must have final approval by the JCF Executive committee.

Electricity is on a first come-first served basis (for additional $10 fee)
Each participant will be expected to donate an item for the raffle conducted during the Fair. Please bring this item to the JCF Information Booth upon arrival.
Hours and Setup
Fair hours are 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Booths may be set up as early as 8:30 a.m. on the day of the Fair. After setting up all vehicles must be moved from the Mission Plaza Park (by 11 a.m.) There is parking available across Mission Street. We request that booths remain set up until the close of the Fair at 6 p.m. Materials cannot be left overnight.
