26th Annual Japanese Cultural Fair • P.O.
Box 3458 Forms: Please print and fill out the booth application form and mail with the booth fee. The deadline for submission of this form is May 4, 2012. Early submission is highly recommended to secure a space. Booths: Please note that all booths and activities are to be consistent with the theme of Japanese culture. Booth space is limited. The registration fee is not refundable after June 1, 2012. Participants must provide their own booth, chairs, tables, electrical cords and booth garbage containers. JCF supplies the space and a large dumpster at the end of the day. All participants must have final approval by the JCF Executive committee. Booth Fees for 2012 Spaces reserved in the order that the fee is received by JCF Hours and Setup: Fair hours are 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Booths may be set up as early as 8:30 a.m. on the day of the Fair. After setting up all vehicles must be moved from the Mission Plaza Park (by 11 a.m.) There is parking available across Mission Street. We request that booths remain set up until the close of the Fair at 6 p.m. Materials cannot be left overnight. HAVE FUN! GOOD LUCK! BRING CHANGE! More questions?
